Cosmetic condition:

This device is used in fair condition. There are some scratches or scuffs from everyday use. There is some dust and dirt on it, though the case has been cleaned of some of the dirt. There is previously-applied sticker residue on the outside of the case. Please view our close up photos, as these are taken of the actual item being offered for sale.

Functionality condition:

This case is in fully working, used condition. The extended handle goes up and down as intended . Wheels work well when we tested them.  Locks work well.
